A major instruction and example of our role in providing a costed assessment for a tenant of a large commercial / distribution property of circa 306,000 sq ft.

The instructions were extended to then defend a large claim of around £650k received from the Landlord, to see the dilapidations discharged at an acceptable level, avoiding legal proceedings.
