The project comprises the conversion, extension and refurbishment of the existing six storey office building to provide 23 residential units over basement, ground and four upper floors. The proposals include retaining the existing building structure whilst replacing the front and rear facades. The interior of the building will be completely refurbished for residential use. Total development cost is circa £16.4 million. Anticipated completion is 30 April 2018.
