Project Management

We project manage an extremely wide range of construction projects, from refurbishment/fit out’s through to complete new properties, acting for both occupiers and owners. We combine commercial acumen with tactical nous.

Cost Consultancy

Our specialist team of Chartered Quantity Surveyors provides cost consultancy services across all property sectors. We enable client budgets to be set and controlled throughout the lifecycle of a project. We are one profit centre and do not operate regional boundaries – rather according to client preference and resource needs.

Dilapidations

We act for a number of leading institutions, retailers, industrial, investors and occupiers in relation to dilapidation matters acting as either the Landlord or Tenant’s advisor – on ad hoc expiry of individual leases or in relation to portfolio acquisition or disposal.

Building Surveys

Acting on behalf of a wide range of Investor, Landlord and Tenant Clients, we provide a tailored due diligence building survey service, offering succinct, detailed survey reports, across all property sectors and building types. We undertake building surveys pre-acquisition for Freehold and Leasehold purchases, and for Vendor’s prior to sale.

Neighbourly Matters |
Party Walls

Our nationwide team is led by Michael Cooper, widely recognised as a market expert in the field of party wall legislation and neighbourly dispute resolution. Michael has a long and successful career in this area and was chosen to co-write the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) guidance notes for party walls, which much of the profession use to define their role within the legislation.
