The project comprises the demolition of the existing seven storey office building and the construction of a new mixed use residential & hotel development in two blocks (9 & 11 storeys respectively) comprising 81 residential units, a 50 bed hotel including swimming pool, spa facilities restaurants and circa 4,000ft² of retail space at ground level. Total construction cost circa £121 million. Project completion Q2 2021.
