Instruction: Mitigation of dilapidation costs
A good example of how we were able to save our Client (a tenant) significant dilapidation costs on vacating circa 30,000 sq ft of office space.
The claim, received form the Landlord, was subject to our detailed analysis and a package of works was commenced to successfully mitigate the lease end costs for the Client taking advantage of the ability to control works and costs.
