The project comprises the façade retention and demolition of the former 1910 bottling plant known as ‘Richmond Brewery Stores’ and its subsequent redevelopment into a three storey mixed use residential and commercial building including 7 new duplex apartments. Total development cost is circa £18.4 million. Anticipated completion is 30 March 2018.
